 The shadows lined up on the building fixture 
Planked with 3 x 12 mm cedar strips 
Stem and stern have a solid cedar block shaped 
 It is summer and the backyard seems to be as good a place as any to sand...

I changed my mind and applied fiberglas... 
... and paint.

 Turned around the 
super structure 
for the deck and the R/C board are finished. 
And then there is the deck ...

 ... which took quite some time to finish.  Each plank is fitted individually... 
...with black paper in between to make it look like a real boat. 
The hatches are done,
the hardware on deck started and then the rigging will be next.
 I will name the boat "Stephanie"
"The Crowned One"
after my daughter.
