This sculpture is one component
of a three piece work of art created for the Police Headquarters by artist
Eldon Garnet in 1988. The two other sculptures of this work are located
at the corner of Grenville and Bay Streets, and at the College Street entrance
to this building.
The work was sponsored by
the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto.
