Architects 1937: Chapman, Oxley and Facey.  Construction halted in 1939 on account of war.  Owing to illness of Alfred Chapman, Marani and Morris redesigned and completed the building in 1948.
Six animal and twelve human panels by six of Canadian foremost sculptors.
Stone sculptors Peter and Louis Temporall of Port Credit
